Hanna Myllyniemi
CEO & Co-Founder
Hanna is a creative thinker and social psychologist, specialised in participatory methods and the analysis of visual communication. She has strong expertise in questions of equality, particularly in the context of a digitalising society. Her work focuses especially on the intersections of ableism and LGBTQIA+ issues, both on structural and individual levels.

Satu Perjo
Head of innovation & Co-Founder
Satu is a passionate social entrepreneur and efficient communicator. They have deep expertise in social justice, social policy, equality, and facilitation, all underpinned by a strong passion for research. They are known for combining systems thinking and creativity with practical change leadership to drive real-world impact. Their unique blend of analytical insight and creative vision continues to inspire transformation and foster social justice in every project they undertake.

Sanhci Mehra
A sociologist by training, Sanchi brings extensive experience in developing strategies and DEIB initiatives across diverse environments. Her background in inclusive education and collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders creates a unique expertise in fostering diversity, equity, and social sustainability to new environments.
Maija Lindström
Maija brings strong expertise in accessibility, anti-ableism, and anti-racism. Her international background in global politics and communications, combined with a deep understanding of advocacy and civil society, enables her to approach equity and responsibility work with insight and impact.


Isaac Jyväsjärvi
Isaac is a marketing and communications professional focusing strongly on Swedish-language communications. He has a solid background in the nonprofit sector, advancing minority rights, responsible entrepreneurship, and youth participation. His experience also includes working on multicultural projects, bringing valuable insight into inclusive and community-driven communication.
