Satu is a social scientist who is passionate about new ideas, innovative approaches, and collaborative networks. They are interested in how to build a fairer and more equitable world where ecological, social, and economic sustainability reinforce one another. The best solutions are found when diverse people, research-based knowledge, and varied expertise are brought together around the same table.

Sanchi Mehra

A sociologist by training, Sanchi brings extensive experience in developing strategies and DEIB initiatives across diverse environments. Her background in inclusive education and collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders creates a unique expertise in fostering diversity, equity, and social sustainability to new environments.

Hanna Myllyniemi

Hanna is a creative thinker and social psychologist, specialised in participatory methods and the analysis of visual communication. She has strong expertise in questions of equality, particularly in the context of a digitalising society. Her work focuses especially on the intersections of ableism and LGBTQIA+ issues, both on structural and individual levels.
